The pages do not hold people, release people, post bond, issue warrants, create court dispositions, or maintain an official booking database. Historical Morgan County Jail references do not change that boundary.
Information can be incomplete, stale, unavailable, or changed by the originating office. Verify a custody answer, charge, photograph, fee, address, or case result with the office that created or holds the record.
Permitted and Prohibited Use

If a direct-liability limit is required, the maximum aggregate liability will be limited to the amount paid by the visitor for access to the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or ten dollars if no payment was made.
Your Indemnification Promise
