This service is not a government agency and is not affiliated with the Cass County Sheriff’s Department or Sheriff Devron Ohrn, Beardstown Police, Ashland Police, Virginia Police, a jail, the Illinois Department of Corrections, a court, or any local, state, or federal corrections department. It does not hold people, confirm custody, issue warrants, release records, or decide whether a photograph can be published. Historical Morgan County Jail references are not a current affiliation or custody promise.
For current custody, release, charges, or a booking record, contact the originating agency or the receiving facility identified by that agency. For a case result, contact the Circuit Clerk or the appropriate court.
Records and Accuracy
Public-record information can be incomplete, delayed, redacted, sealed, expunged, corrected, or out of date. A booking charge, news report, wanted notice, or booking photograph is an accusation or agency record, not proof of guilt. Every person is presumed innocent unless and until a court enters a different legal result.
Verify names, dates, agencies, custody, charges, photographs, court dispositions, addresses, phone numbers, fees, and response times with the originating government office. A historical article or unofficial copy cannot substitute for a current agency or court answer.
No FCRA or Screening Use
Cass County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The information must not be used for credit, employment, insurance, housing, tenant screening, background checks, hiring, or any other FCRA-covered purpose. The pages are a records reference, not a decision-making report or recommendation.

No Record Gallery
The service does not host or rehost booking photographs, assemble mugshot galleries, or promise that a person’s image exists. Official agencies and courts decide what is public. Unofficial copies can be stale or wrong. A person seeking a correction, sealing, expungement, or source update must use the applicable agency, court, publisher, or search-engine process.
